Yeldon is a good RB. But he's not in the same zip code as Gurley when Gurley is 100%. of course the fumbles are mentioned. But Gurley has much better vision. on 4th and 1 against your biggest rival, with a trip to the SECCG on the line and a possible national championship who do you want carrying the rock?

IMO, Yeldon is better than decent. Gurley is a star player. Gurley, to me, just seems to be the better back just looking at tape. Yeldon doesn't seem to be a game changer as much as Gurley. I would trust giving the ball many times late in the game to G vs Y.

Looks like TJ's own teammate knocked the ball lose.

Because he's better than TJ Yeldon.

Gurley's track history at UGA and in HS says you'll likely lose that bet.

Gurley is better, but I'm not sure anyone other than UGA fans have ever thought Gurley was faster. Maybe he is, but it isn't the current consensus.

And exactly how do you know that?

That website you quoted that had forty times...that's not accurate. They're just guessing. They don't actually have real numbers.

They both have top tier vision. Gurley's isn't "much better" at all. But he's better and there should be 0 doubt about that.

Yes, it is different. maybe not a LOT different, but Gurley's numbers are better

30 yards and 1 TD

If 30 yards and 1 TD don't mean you're better, then LSU beats up on ND in '12 and bama is just an afterthought.
As is the case with Gurley vs. Yeldon.

Richardson and Ingram were MAJOR, like all time, NFL busts, and whether it's fair or not the media responds to that.

Not even true in the slightest. And you forgot Lacy. On purpose. You little prick.

You tend to think our players are not very good because all of our other players are better than the other teams players.

What? He thinks Gurley is better than Yeldon because your OLine has been stronger than Georgia's OLine and the stats are similar.

How you get the "all" thing is beyond me. making it up as you go?

Gurley's stat line would read better if he hadn't been injured so much last year...both backs are great, but when healthy, I'd give Gurley the edge as a runner...better ball security and I think he's a little tougher between the tackles...I like Yeldon better out of the backfield as a receiver...

Because Gurley is ahead in all but one, and tied in the other, of all the statistics you posted.

This with the added fact that Gurley missed several games last year.

I won't argue that they're both great backs but I believe Gurley has much better receiving numbers than Yeldon.

Gurley doesn't have as good of an offensive line. Alabama was basically a professional offensive line.
