UAB is a quality team and GA Tech is the rivalry game. Not bad overall. Need a couple of cupcakes to soften the conference schedule.

Stupid take

At what point does Georgia stop playing Georgia Tech? GT is a complete joke and basically an automatic win at this point. Meanwhile Florida’s schedule is murder’s row again. Must be nice

Nice? Nice? If you like attending a game every other year in the worst stadium imaginable complete with the most jealous, obnoxious people to be found anywhere then the GT game is for you.
Many UGA fans wish that Georgia would dump GT. They aren’t really a rival anymore since they offer no real competition. If not for the UGA and Clemson games and the revenue those games generate they would go bankrupt and I for one am tired of financing their sorry excuse of a football team.
Dump them. Add Ga Southern and Ga State. Rotate them for home games in Athens every year. Georgia would get a better quality opponent, nicer fans and another home game every year instead of every other year. And would be helping 2 deserving programs instead of propping up a joke of a team like GT

Georgia gets an easy win against GT so take that and move on. You seem like a guy on a mission to say Georgia got bad matchup with one that isn't so good at football. That is a win and ease up your team from being hit hard when SEC conference championship comes around almost every year.

I like most UGA fans want good games with quality opponents and am happy UGA has played teams like ND, Clemson, Oregon, etc. I also like helping out in state universities like Ga Southern and Ga State. The GT game is a big snore. Give me a real team or at least up and coming in state programs. As for GT. Georgia doesn’t need another easy win. We already have Florida and Missouri every year

Why would we do this? An Auto p5 win is a good thing to have.

For the reasons I posted. Crappy stadium, obnoxious fans - all 39 of them- and a totally boring game. The only excitement is the fight GT starts after the score is something like 55-0 and they get tired of being Georgias chew toy.

That schedule is trash and they play in the East which is always worse than the West.

How did LSU, Alabama, and Auburn do against the East in 2022?

Georgia avoids LSU and Bama during the regular season as well.

& UGA orchestrated that HOW?

GT used to be a competitive game. Then UGA outplayed out-coached and out-recruited them into obscurity. If you want an easier schedule you should do the same to FSU.

Is this much braver? California went 4-8 in the PAC 12. Tell us all how brave Auburn is. I mean we at least had Oklahoma penciled in before the SEC stepped in.
