Stop trying to make baseball a thing LSU. Its not going to happen. There are two sports that matter.

I'm glad LSU has a basketball national championship in 1935. Can you imagine being a program that doesn't have a natty in a sport that does matter.

If we had the luxury of playing in the East? Yes.

The east was 9-5 vs the West last season.

Cool, so let's put UGA in the same division as Saban and see how often you make it to ATL. You'd be cool with that, right?

We were a missed chippy 29 yd FG from advancing to the playoff last season, IF we go up on Bama 31-14 with 6min left in the 3rd qtr IMO it's ballgame but shite happens as we all know.

I'd be totally cool with it, Auburn moving to the east and Mizzou to the West makes more sense though.

Back when it was whites only. You should be proud.

It's a very questionable "title" anyhow that's pre-NCAA tournament. SEC doesn't recognize it.

What was Georgia’s record vs the West?

My guess is you already know this but we did defeat Auburn, 1-2 with losses to LSU and Bama of course.

This is how I approach it:

If the sport can earn a profit...it's considered a major sport at that school. Football, basketball and baseball all turned profits at several SEC schools recently. SEC culture/climate has created that top tier.

If your SEC baseball program is not turning a profit...you are doing it wrong.

UGA has a reputation for being great in the non-big 3 sports like golf, tennis, gymnastics, and swimming. They also won 2 natties in track last year, and have already won a natty in indoor tennis this year. They have a large alumni base all over the country so therefore are also a national brand IMO.

Baseball is not really a “big” sport. There is very little interest in college baseball, although I’d probably still rank it third I guess..., in the south anyways.

Only 4/14 SEC baseball programs turn a profit. Only about 12 in the country out of roughly 300 do.
ONLY on here and TD is baseball considered equal to football and basketball...

So what sport would replace baseball in "the big 3"?

Nothing about ugag is original. Logo, mascot, fight song... They rip everyone off and try and claim it as their own. Bunch of frauds.
