How so? They have never actually won it?

Money. Also, Georgia is absolutely not considered a big boy in basketball or baseball.

Precisely my point about winning your division but losing in the title game: it's irrelevant and only a lower school would brag about it.

Only a school that couldn't win their division would think it is an irrelevant accomplishment. If you were in the same boat, you would brag about it

UGA has actually won 13 SEC Championships in football, behind only Bama and tied with UT.

No. No I wouldn't. Unless your team is hoisting the SEC trophy, it really doesn't matter. If you want to brag about it for your school, that's your prerogative, but again: it's Ole Miss as frick.

Exactly, so a UGA fan beating his chest over winning the division but losing in the title game is stupid. You've been there, so act like it.

And by extension of your logic the Fiesta Bowl that LSU just won is also irrelevant because they didn't win it all. So what's it gonna be?

Extension of my logic? Try distortion and misapplication of my logic.

What's the Fiesta Bowl got to do with winning your division, or the SEC for that matter?

I understand the 1980 shtick and all but what does that have to do with the present and future? Our HC in only 3 yrs has lead us to 2 SEC title appearances, a SEC Championship and a trip to the natty where we lost in OT. We had the youngest roster in the SEC last season and we feel come December we will be right back in the playoff hunt, can you say the same about your respective team?
