Why Is Everyone Hoping A&M Fails When the SEC Typically Pulls for Each Other?

If anything, A&M should demand respect from all within the conference. All teams, including Bama and LSU should be fearful of this team.

I generally root for anyone who isn't LSU or Ole Miss to fail every single year.

We pull for each other in bowls and non conference games. I hope everyone loses every conference game in the season.

The SEC does not typically pull for each other, that's a recent historical media invention.
Typically SEC teams that aren't doing particularly well use the accomplishments of those that are to feel better.
Outside of that, SEC dominance out of conference indirectly benefits the other conference members.
Usually conference rivals always root for the other team to burn.

I don't pull for SEC teams during the regular season but the post season I do

I stopped pulling for the rest of the SEC in 2011.
