Courts told him he can't punish LSU. And, that is all he's been trying to do since that verdict.

If the Federal Case is dismissed over Standing Issues, Stankey will be in trouble for trying an end around an existing court order.
I have not heard that the SEC or NCAA appealed to the 5th Circuit which would have taken up the case already.

yes, like an old piece of crap (Stinky) that wants to expel a school because they told him to eat "cold gumbo".
Stinky has no idea what he is stepping into. He flexing his old muscles because he thinks he has the other schools on his side.
When the lawsuits hits those other schools also, they will get rid of him.

This is all posturing to Sanction LSU without penalty so Stankey can have a moral victory and exert supremacy.
No reasonable fan thinks LSU will be expelled. I guarantee that Governor Landry has already reached out to Abbott and all his allies.
Stankey pretty much ended his career by taking his authority for granted and not even taking a day to review rules, understand how to enforce them and recognize that the NCAA was 0-fer in court across 300 lawsuits over similar issues.
