Looks like a topic you'd know a lot about.
Next time you try to argue a point, try to know what you're even talking about.
Be better.

Up until the Saban era OU was right there if not a bigger fish than Bama. Even today Bama is the only program that is truly better than OU without a debate.

Hell we are easily their biggest W-L nemesis & they've pretty much owned us the better part of 45 years as well.

your reply:

Eh likely a product of your weak arse conference seeing as how they havent won a championship in 20 years.

In a thread covering a "century of dominance".. replying to my post in line with "historical excellence" & no reference to the B12.. yeah you are on point with the your B12 injection.

Triple down tho, I know you want to.

big xii better than the SEC?? That has never been the case, ever!

Well, it was called the Big 8 back then, and it was definitely better than the SEC. They were great because they could always find big linemen in the mid-west, and they could almost pick and choose skill players from the deep south and Texas. Once guys like Saban put an end to the talent drain they started sucking.

You're forgetting Meatchicken, USC, and Notre Dame if you're talking all-time.

Those teams are not anywhere near Bama OU and Ohio state all time.

My point is that Oklahoma is a great program historically but has benefited from playing in a weak arse conference as of late. They definitely have not been a top 2 program in the last decade or two.

No one believes any of your "facts" except you. Your lack of football knowledge was exposed by on the first page with one of the most laughable posts I've ever read on here which is really saying something.

Here's a fact, OU is home to 7 Heisman trophy winners (4 are from the state of Oklahoma) and they're the only school in collegiate football history with back to back Heisman trophy winning QBs.

I recognize OU hasn't won a championship since 2000, but I also know they're a college football blue blood and there's not a frickin thing an LSU Tiger fan can say to change or dispute it. History.

I don't think anyone is disputing theyre a blue blood. We just arent agreeing with the baw saying that "even today, they're only behind Alabama" or whatever.

The 1960s say Hello. Bryant beat OU with Bud Wilkinson, Their greatest coach in history. He beat Bob Devaney and Nebraska twice. In the Sugar Bowl in old Tulane Stadium to win it all! It is a shame that OU and Bama did not meet in the 70s.

OU may be the bane of my existence, but show some goddamn respect & an ounce of knowledge for this sport’s history.

This was your response to my post that OU is eye candy.

LSU "respected" them with another skulldragging showing once again that the Sooners are the window dressing of college football. They put up these impressive numbers all season long and then shite the bed in big boy football.
2003 LSU 21 - OU 14 (NC game)
2004- USC 55 - OU 19 (NC game)
2007 WVU 48 OU 28 (Fiesta)
2008. UF 24- OU 14. (NC game)
2012 aTm 41- OU 13 (Cotton)
2014. Clemson 40 - OU 6
2015 Clemson 37 - OU 17
2018 Bama 45- OU 34
2019 LSU 63 - OU 28

Not to mention the Fiesta bowl loss to Boise or the OT loss to UGa in 2017.

That's OU's rich tradition of shitting the bed on the biggest stages. frick OU, frick UT and frick the entire Big 12
