Ed Orgeron and Steve Ensminger are supposed to change that?

Both UGA and Alabama have been able to succeed

So true, they have 5 NC's combined in the BCS/Playoff era.

Auburn has put transfer QBs out there to pretty good effect.

Dan Mullen was able to turn overlooked QBs into bonafide stars.

Ole Miss has had Chad Kelly, Shea Patterson, and Bo Wallace.

Even South Carolina has found guys like Connor Shaw and Jake Bentley to be successful.

They all have 1 NC combined in the BCS/Playoff era.

Why hasn't LSU been able to find a QB that will work when they seemingly have all the other pieces (top notch RBs and WRs, a decent enough OL, multiple different OCs)?

Poor LSU has 2 NC's in the BCS/Playoff era.

If LSU could only develop QB's like UGA and win NC's.

Remind me again, how many NC's did UGA win with David Greene, Matthew Stafford, Joe Cox, Aaron Murray and Jake Fromm.

Cam Cameron’s time at LSU was not good.

His coaching and play calling under Les was bad.

I'm thankful, but it's not for luck.

It's for two coaches (Nick and then Les) who understood that CFB NC's were won in the trenches first and foremost.

It's hilarious to me the parade of morons from schools that have either never won a NC or have not won a NC or SEC title in decades (looking at you UGA) that come in here to mock LSU for the lack of QB development.

When is the last time you won a National Championship with all of your superstar QB’s?

Maybe going the transfer route will work out for LSU like it has for Auburn.

Auburn hasn’t really developed a QB from the high-school level since Brandon Cox. Sean White appeared to be on his way, but in came Jarrett Stidham and Sean White couldn’t shake the off the field issues.

Kiehl Frazier. Tyrik Rollison. Jeremy Johnson. Tyler Queen. Clint Moseley. Barrett Trotter. Woody Barrett. Jonathan Wallace. Kodi Burns. All big busts. Most during the Gus Malzahn era.

Have we not won 3 conference titles in the past 16 years, one at LSU's expense no less?

Is answering this question somehow going to bring you clarity to the one posed in the OP? You know, the one that has nothing to do with National Championships or UGA?

Honestly, I think we've got a good one in Myles Brennan. Kinda wish we would develop him rather than going with the transfer.

This is kinda what I'm wondering. Brennan and Narcisse both are big name recruits. I keep hearing pundits say LSU needs to wait to develop them and I just don't get why. I mean throwing out a true freshman isn't always advisable if you can help it but Brennan starting as a Sophomore seems like it could work just fine

*Yawns*.....that's cute. Now can you tell me how many NC's David Greene, Matthew Stafford, Aaron Murray, Joe Cox and Jake Fromm have won?

Thanks man.
