They had the absolute best Football team that money can buy this year, if you do not believe me just ask ole Bobby Lowder he has lost everything he has to make sure they won it all this year. Even his bank has been taken over by the Feds, they have shut it down, Yea it is Bankrupt. 4 other members of the BoT are indicted by the Feds for buying votes in support of gambling in the State of Alabama's Legislature and even approached the goverenor and two of the Legislature are indicted also. Also they are accused of money laundering and embezilment, I wonder if they used some of that money to buy their ball players?
Why even the QB's Daddy admitted to selling his son for $180,000 for him to sign at Miss St, now let that sink in you Dads especialy the ones who have a son of your own and would like him to play College athletics. He tried to sell his son as though he was a slave or something and did not even tell him he did it. Auburn admitts he did it and in the secret of night ruled Cam Newton ineligable for a day because of it.
Auburn has the absolute best recruiting program in all of College Football there is none better and They have the best Coach of any School. Just think two years ago when he was hired the Fans were at the airport when they landed with their new Head Coach and they were yelling we want a head Coach not no animal trainer. He only won 5 games in 2 years how is gonna win that many games in the SEC? He had a record of 5-19 at ISU before he came to the Plains.
Oh, and about Ole Bobby he is the the head man of the Board of Trustees and the Chairman of the Finance Committee of Auburn University, just think he can't run his bank without it going bankrupt but yet he is over the Finances of Auburn University. From what was reported he was chairman and CEO of Colonial BancGroup, a $25 Billion National Bank headquartered in Montgomery Al. He lost every dime of that and to think he is the Chairman of the Finance Committee of Auburn University.
The SEC has won the BCS 5 times in a row thanks to Slive and Auburn and the Chiz and Cam Newton oh yea and Bobby Lowder.

Well I think it because I am old and remember the 80's and SMU. I almost went there. You see my Dad was an Alumni recruiter for an SEC school. His job was to drop off the cash to certain players that this school wanted, see what they wanted, who was right person to pay etc. I did it myself a few times. You see just like they showed on ESPN, everyone was doing it. You just didnt know whether you had them locked down or not. Hence, we may give player X (Always actually uncle Dad mom etc) 25k, LSU gives him 30, Bama 30, Auburn 40k, and they played everyone and sign with Florida who paid 50. So they actually got more than Cam in a lot of cases in actual money and value. What were we going to do bitch that player took X our 25k but didn't sign?
I have said for the last three years that the 80's were coming back, and saw a certain school buy a player from right under Miles nose in my hometown two years ago. This is about to blow up as it is out of control, and just what it was like in the 80's. It looks like Auburn has agreed to be this runs SMU.
Hence, I am saying it is happening because i know how it is done personally, and are seeing the old plays and some of the old players back at it. The school my Dad did this for went on probation btw with about half of SEC.
