only remember playing Bama twice in last 20 years, once at Bama in 2008 (they didn't come to CLemson the next year, of course), and this year's title game where u won by kicking off to yourselves.
the rest of what you are talking about is ancient history when football was basically a club sport and not televised. , Clemson was male only until 1955 and didn't because a real university until 1965.

but your buddy trying to make it seem like Alabama and CU playing almost ever year. i count 2 times since 1995.
ur dynstay is partly due to the fact until this year, bama had not played a team all that good in the title game.
one of those years, Bama shouldn't have even made it b/c they did not win their division and they lost at home, and had a shot at LSU. another team deserved a shot.
