It's a good accomplishment for them, I don't understand the complaint.

Are you idiots too drunk to notice during the CFP games that it is correct? Take a gander at any of the logos for the CFP, in the jerseys, etc.

Maybe you are remembering the logo national championship game which includes the year but Ole Miss didn’t make it to the national championship game. However, according to the CFP’s own website there was no year next to logo for the playoffs.The CFP called the playoffs the 2025-2026 playoffs. Ole Miss’s own official merchandise from last year says 2025 - 2026 on it. No where does a logo of CFP’26 exist except in VHS.
According to the convention of hanging banners you put the year of the season not the date of the game.
That is why Indiana is not claiming to be the 2026 champions despite winning the 2026 CFP national championship game.

They’ll get a good view of Tulane’s stadium every other year when they’re in the AAC because they were kicked out the SEC for using an ineligible player.
