Why did Auburn not get a 10 sec run off at the end of the game?

Doesn't the other team get to run ten sec off the clock on a last play flag on the other team? Ole Miss had a flag with 1 sec left and then ran another play at the end of the game.

I was wondering the rule on this. Must only apply to defensive penalties or penalties that occur while the clock is running.

The run off only applies when the offensive team has a penalty with the clock running. Since the prior play stopped the clock there was no run off
