The more you look at his record at FSU and account for how easy that conference is, the massive talent advantage he had, how he left FSU, and how aggy is now listed in the 'others receiving votes' footnote of the rankings, the more you realize he's really not a top 10 coach.
He's a stellar recruiter, which is obviously a fundamental aspect of being a CFB coach, but he really doesn't produce elite level results with all that elite level talent.

not going to read this entire thread but Whoville was willing to pony up big time dollars to get JImbo a year before. He has a natty and only 4 other active coaches have them including Les, who you guys ran off. He is a great recruiter and worked under NS and Bowden.

Ags paid him that as an experiment. Guy’s wife left him for younger man. Ags wanted to see if they could pay a straight man who is down on his luck 75 million and turn him gay. Kind of like that show Queer Eye for Straight Guy. The coaching part is a cover.
