Yet Alabama blew out LSU at their place at night. What was LSU excuses for that huge beatdown loss at home?

Since 2000, only one team has won more National Championships than LSU.

Since 2000, only one team has won more SEC championships than LSU.

Since 2000, LSU (77.3%) has the best winning % of any team in the SEC, including Alabama (76.3%) Georgia(74.7%) and 4th best in the nation.

But… but… LSU can’t sustain success.

“Every coach will end up being fired at some point.”
Nick Saban

You do understand that the overwhelming number of coaches get fired? Then, those who have success move on?

Saban was a different animal. He’d already been to the NFL and experienced it. There was no other job he desired.

You can’t judge the success of other colleges by comparing them to Nick Saban. If you do, you’ll be firing guys every two years.

Saban obviously doesn’t count because he was using LSU as a stepping stone,

He used LSU as a stepping stone to being an NFL HC failure.

Trump even talked about it.

Nah. That baw drives a pink Miata with the paint on the hood peeling. He’s got some fuzzy balls hanging on his mirror, though.

LSU had one of the top roster last year and couldn't make the playoffs. Why is that? Coaching

No we didn’t? Where do you pull this shite out of? Your arse.

LSU was replacing a Heisman QB and 2 first round WR’s.

The D-line talent last year was the weakest at LSU since 1994.

Our best defensive player, Harold Perkins, was lost for the year after game 1.

Our secondary talent was the weakest it’s been in 25 years.

No… our roster was no where near a top roster clown.

Have you heard of the transport portal? BK failed to do just that until now. You see BK is supposed to know that and seem to be a step or two behind everyone else. Day at OSU did it and that got OSU a championship. That is why I keep pointing out BK seems to find a way to blow it and make mistakes. Not my fault for him not making it a priority. He must've finally getting it but it took him several bad years to get it done this recruiting class and the transport portal to get those key players he was missing from last season. Better hope he does get LSU to the playoffs this coming season. BK took Mizzou OC and DL coach and Texas OL coach. All that failed to help get LSU to win 10 games. I guess I will wait and see if BK will get LSU to the playoff this coming season. BK must've thought he had enough to make the playoff this past year. Just like when he thought that 2 years ago the defense was good enough to get LSU to the playoff with a once in a century quarterback that was almost unstoppable. Good Luck

Have you heard of NIL, cash?

LSU spent significantly less on the transfer portal than most SEC schools last winter. LSU was way behind other SEC schools in collectives and funding those collectives. That got changed drastically over the past year as LSU raised huge $$$ to fund their collective. Thus, LSU signed wayyyyy better players in the portal this year.

BK didn’t fail in the portal the prior two years, LSU did by not being better organized in fund raising for the cash needed to buy the players.

Oregon was a great motivator, I’ll say that. The guy even pumped me up. He obviously did something right because you don’t win the big one like he did strictly on talent alone.
