This is a worse idea than that time they tried to cast Michael J Fox for the part of Zorro.

My parents graduated from Ole Miss and so did I... Considered LSU but out of state tuition was a bitch even with scholarship $ while Oxford was right there and really cheap.

Have had family either employed by, attending, or teaching there for 4 generations, although I went to a different school because I wanted to get out on my own which I couldn't have done by attending A&M, my school however was in the A&M system.

I'm a "fan" of my university.
The athletics department/teams were a package deal.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge. Pops played baseball at LSU. My Paw Paw is one of the first 100 members at TAF. Top 200 in donations. Enrolled for next fall. I love my city, my school, my team, and my family.

Mom graduated from the University of Michigan.
Dad graduated from Texas A&M University (in his case, he is actually from Bryan/College Station).
Grew up rooting for both, and my wife and I attended the latter

All my life I hit that line, I mean REALLY hit that line and I've kept on going. I have ran the ball right down the field, Guys. Will you give me a cheer? No? I'll never fear. Arkansas and Sao will never yield. I've been on my toes, like the Razorbacks, to the finish and I've carried on with all my might. You know why? Because it's A R K A N S A S for Arkansas and we fight, fight I mean absolutely kick arse fight.
Whom else would I follow?

If you're already on your toes to the finish, why yield?

Slightly off topic, but question: is that kind of a generational thing? I ask because it's kind of a similar thing with Ags with regards to "whooping." Nowadays, it's pretty much the way it sounds, but my dad and his peers do it with more of a "whoo-ahh" sometimes.
Sounds weird (what doesn't with Aggy?
