It’s cool that Daniels won the Heisman, but why are we celebrating like we won the playoff?

Agreed, every team I think would much rather celebrate a national title instead of a Heisman, but this is a cool moment. Your QB will be remembered forever as an elite college football player. Gotta enjoy moments like this too.

In my case, it’s mostly just because he deserved it. It’s a nice feather in our cap to get a Heisman but of course a national championship would be better.

It's a big deal for several reasons. I don't know if you follow recruiting but we're expected to get a commitment next month from the #1 ranked QB and overall player in the country for the 2025 class. Daniels' performance this season played no small role in that.
