He is waiting for Alabama to hire someone else first before firing Pruitt!

3 and 9 next season seems like a heck of a price to pay.

None in about a month.

It will be interesting to see if Tennessee really does try to fire Pruitt for cause. That usually doesn't go over very well

It also makes the hiring of replacements a tougher pull. Even though coaches will have large contracts if they know that one school will likely not pay a buyout while another will, you better bet that they will always choose the latter.

Especially if they hire Freeze. Aren't Pruitt and Freeze both represented by Sexton? I can see it now:

"Jeremy we're firing you for cause and not paying you a buy out. This is serious."

"Hey Hugh don't worry about it. Just a tiny case. Not a big deal at all. We just said that to get out of his buyout."

Meanwhile Sexton uses that call to sue Tennessee for Pruitt's full buyout.

I haven't heard much of what has transpired other than a coach allegedly giving players a CC to take out croots, but I'm sure it goes deeper than that. TN didn't bring in Glazier to find nothing. That guy shows up and someone's head rolls. He's who dug up the dirt on Bruce and the BBQ.

I caught that as well on the choice of words they used

My guess is it will happen Tuesday if Alabama wins. They think they can still the spotlight with the media.

Pretty much have to crash a motorcycle with your mistress, hire her under you in a state ran department and use your burner for unsavory reasons.

Tom Herman would be a good hire for TN in the near future. His record was not that bad at Tx, he was really fired for immaturity the big donors didn't like.

Supposedly there's some money folks that are out on Freeze, but Boyd wants him. There's now a pic of a text saying Lane has made it know that he would leave Ole Miss to come back and that it's the 2nd time since he left Bama that he's said that . Highly doubt it's real, but damn Jimmy Sexton is working for his boys getting that circulating
