Some of the comments about Alabama’s bowl competition made by bama posters here.
“Best teams of all time” don’t have shitty competition. Especially the post season.
But then take out all the players that didn’t play in the sec last year and you could field an 85 man roster with them.
Looking forward to the “still stuck on 2019! Are y’all?” Posts.
I guess youre putting a shelf life on your very good 2020 season as well.

Put in Cincy over them, hell if UF or A&M weren’t up there I’d put in Iowa St over them if they beat OU again. I really think you have to earn your way in and Ohio st has not done that. With that said bring it on, let them get their arse kicked like every other big ten team has. This year the non power fives have a legitimate complaint because the pussies in the big ten didn’t want to play. It’s a shame they take a spot from another team that has earned it on the field. Let OSU stay home and celebrate their win over Perennial powerhouse Northwestern

Put both teams on the field late in the year at 100% and no doubt who the better team is, it's Bama and here is why.
The Alabama defense by that time was better than its counterpart. Christian Barmore had turned himself into a high NFL pick, you had two solid outside pass rushers a first round corner in Patrick Surtain and the secondary was playing much better with a year under their belts. Also unlike the previous few years, you had a kicker that didn't miss a single attempt.
LSU still scores a ton of points, but here's the difference. you could get to Joe Burrow. Alabama sacked him 5 times in 2019 and knocked him down some more. They were behind big and got stops to get back in.
The Alabama O Line in 2020 was likely the best unit Alabama has ever fielded. Mac Jones was seldom hurried and when he was he was very good at buying time. You didn't get to him and they were road graders when they decided to run it, and they had the best RB in the country to give it to.
Jones would have time and he would do to LSU what he did to everyone else. Pick them apart. Then late those monsters would pound them to dust. Bama would get a stop or two and there's your difference.

Bama’s worst team since 2010 lost to LSU’s greatest team EVAR by 5 points. 2020 Alabama beats 2019 LSU by double digits like most Bama teams beat LSU.
