Also, it has been proven since 1992 that to win the SEC West, you must have defense and a power run game...Auburn 2010 was the exception, but even they had a nasty defensive front...

Just a few difference makers is all it takes sometimes. Hoza Scott miraculously qualifies, Daylon Mack, Myles Garrett... if everyone is serviceable, depth not being an issue, that's all it can take. Guys that have a talent for making some plays.

Texas recruits are soft....too much spread football...look at Texas right now....look at aTm historically...
You take your 4-5* Texas dlinemen....I'll take my South Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana 3 & 4* recruits who are pissed off at life any day of the week.

I think Texas A&M made the right call. Great fit for a school with a shitload of in state talent.
Can't stand the Aggies but they made a great hire.

Miss State and OM pull from a similar pool of recruits, ie the two teams you will be battling with from here on out.
