How many times has Mullen beat Bama? Oh right he's 0-9 against him.

Mullen.

People keep underestimating this guy.

What has he done to prove those people wrong? Honest question.

For example, McElawin won the East twice while at Florida. Will Mullen do that while Kirby has Georgia at the top?

Realistically his path looks easier than the one for LSU

Much easier, but LSU has a pretty navigable schedule this year. There really isnt many tough games that LSU will be out of.

Everyone says that Alabama always plays cupcakes, but Alabama has everyone gunning for them. If Alabama gets knocked off two games, it is very easy that LSU could win the West.

Alabama would have to lose two games, because LSU isn't going to beat Alabama for themselves.

Alabama hasn't lost two conference games since 2010. FYI. Not to mention this team is loaded and hungry.

Alabama is also starting to fall behind in a few things. This isn't about recruiting, but there has been much drama at Alabama the last few years and eventually Alabama will fall.

You can also deny all you want, but the best program is currently Clemson.

BAMA is 2-2 against Clemson in playoff games and has won 5 of the last 10 championships, including championships in both 2015 and 2017. In both seasons BAMA beat Clemson on the way to the championship. That's hardly a decline or drama. Try harder.

Figured you'd deny that. Whatever man, you'll see soon that Alabama is on the decline.

Coach Yaw Yaw will never even see the SEC title game unless he plans on catching it on TV.

Mullen. I think he's pretty close to surpassing Georgia.

Which blowout leads you to this conclusion?

Or is it the recruiting rankings?

The winner is a solid poster and friend, I think his comment is because everyone shite on Mullen while he was at State, Jo Mo was expected to do better, but he didn't and now it's him missing Mullen. Which is fine and completely understandable.

Sure, I'm the one in denial. We've seen this before haven't we? Every year BAMA has failed to win a championship they're on "the decline". Then BAMA comes right back and wins another one. There is no evidence of this supposed fall, and all the evidence points to the contrary. Just because you say something, or want something, doesn't make it true.

Mullen. I just don’t see how we’re ever gonna beat Bama with O on our sidelines and satan on the other.

ETA: Obligatory comment about how he propelled State's program to heights we haven't seen since the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor.

That depends upon how you frame it.
In 9 seasons, Mullen had a winning conference record once.

You will find at least two separate 9 seasons stretches with a winning conference record before Pearl Harbor.

Don't get me wrong. A winning conference record at Miss St is pretty danged good. But don't pretend like it never happened.

Serious question? He’s the best coach in Mississippi State history, and won 10 games and a New Year’s Day Bowl by three TD’s in year one with a 4 win team.
