Don't act like you don't know exactly what I'm talking about, fool. I know it keeps you up at night thinking about how you could have been so blind. You were one of the biggest defenders of the Avery hire and his "potential"

Heck Grant went toe to toe with him while he was at Tennessee. So did Gottfried until the wheels fell off.

Nobody at Alabama is scared of Bruce Pearl.

Wow, what a blind, idiotic, loser you were 4 years ago, Georgie

I don't know whether to or

Whoever helps turn the pressure up on Avery to get him fired. So Auburn.

Bowl, it appears George has taken your gotcha moment and shoved it up your arse.

How do you respond?

If your question was about being scared of PEARL and not BAMA, then that's a different question.

And I'm not still "scared" of Pearl. He's a good coach and Auburn is now a good program. Auburn is also 3-2 against us the last 2 seasons and our coach is an idiot. This isn't football, Auburn succeeding does nothing to stop us from succeeding.

You can pick through that and all other threads if you want - I never, outside of maybe a troll here or there, said that Avery was great or awesome or would be. My position all along was that he had the traits of a guy who had a chance to succeed as a recruiter and exciting the program. I never in my wildest dreams thought he'd be this bad an actual basketball coach. But I also never claimed he would be anything at all. He was an unknown with some interesting traits.

And Bowl. Bowl, Bowl, Bowl......do we want to pick back through your predictions over the past 2-3 years? Lawdy, that'd be an exercise.

I'd prefer Tennessee win, but both are fun to watch. Hard not to enjoy watching that Tennessee team play basketball.

Same here. Tennessee and Auburn are actually fun teams to watch. Imagine having multiple players that can create their own shots off the dribble without turning the ball over first and having players that actually make at least a third of their shots and at least half their free throws which both Tennessee and Auburn regularly do. Alabama, on the other hand, is just physically talented enough to win just enough games to put us squarely on the bubble so that are inevitable late season collapses lead to #1 seeds.......

.....in the NIT ??
