you did too but i'm not digging around from over a year ago, sorry. likely next season there will be another new 'harris' that's going to save the day and i'll be told again i'm making up things.
honestly, i don't care who you start at qb, they're more than likely either a. going to suck on their own b. suck because their hands are tied by shitty playcalling/les being his typical moron self.

McCarron threw for six more TDs, one less INT, and had a better completion percentage than Mett in 2013.
Manziel finished the season with 46 total TDs. Enough said on that front.

He was the third best QB in the West in 2013, maybe fourth.
Try being a quarterback in LSU's offense. We run a lot and play at a slow pace. He actually had a higher rating than McCarron that season, but I'll still concede he wasn't as good of a college quarterback.
Mett was great in 2013. Just so happened that a lot of guys were great that season at his position. 2014 and 2015 certainly are no where near 2013 in terms of QB play.

I would only be surprised if Alabama or Auburn finished last. Someone is going to have a good team but have to finish last.

Really? My point was that he's the best we've had at LSU in a long while and really had nothing to do with him being the best in the west. But if you really wanted to say that then who would you consider to be better? Johnny Manziel?

he's just trying to use strawman arguments in order to do anything he can to avoid admitting LSU had a good offense in 2013 under Mettenberger. Par for the course in threads like these

I think most sane college football fans would say that Johnny Manziel and AJ McCarron were better quarterbacks than Zach Mettenberger in 2013.

Yes I dont see why you are so surpirsed people love Mett so much when he led the best LSU offense we have seen in a few years. We always have really skilled WRs and RBs and OL just like we have this year we just need the leader under center. All of yall would be quivering right now if Mett was on our roster
