I love NOLA and I’ve been there on NYE but no thanks this year. That’s one of the last places I’d want to be in the year of the cootie.

You kidding? Latoya is arms wide open for tourists right now. She's been urging tourists to come to the city for months. She wants you to come here and enjoy yourself, you just can't eat or drink in public and will have to just have fun in your hotel room.

I got popped there in 2018 for drinking while driving. Complete BS, I was only drinking at stoplights, not when I was driving.
