Stegall could be a stud but I have a feeling Relf is going to have a breakout year this season. He had over 500 rushing yards as a back up QB that hardly played.

This kid is a great player. He was the starter at Greenwood, AR prior to Tyler Wilson (Arky backup). Between them they threw for like 18K yards in 5 years and 3 State Championships. He is a true QB though, but can be mobile if he needs too...

Cameron Newton because he gives Malzahn the most options.

I heard we are paying Mitch Mustain a good amount to be our starter next year

Jordan Jefferson. Lee and Jefferson both have their quirky throwing issues (Jefferson's off-and-on cowardice when it comes to throwing the ball, Lee's propensity to throw picks in the worst possible areas as to allow DBs to return it all the way), as I'm sure someone would point out. I know you said to state affirming reasons, but I think saying that Jefferson is the only QB that is reliable on the roster as of day one, despite being a sweeping negative statement on the rest of the team's QBs, is by extension an affirmative reason for Jefferson.
Anyway, Jefferson has the capacity to scramble; even though running isn't his game, his speed makes him the only viable dual-threat QB. Again, affirming by negating all other options. Jefferson also possesses more on-field awareness than the other QBs and isn't lacking in other standard QB physical attributes (size, agility, strong arm).
Jefferson is a serious candidate for All-SEC next year. Perhaps not first team (McElroy clear frontrunner), but second team seems like a fair statement as of now. And that's a compliment that no other QB on the roster can touch as of now.

Nick Stephens. He has tons of playmakers around him (Bryce Brown, Gerald Jones, Denarius Moore, Luke Stocker, David Oku, Da'Rick Rogers) so he just needs to play mistake-free football, and having started SEC games before, he gives us the best chance to do that.

ok more accurate instead of much more
No, much more. Relf's accuracy is outright miserable. On the TD he threw to Bumphis on 4th and 9, he even admitted his pass was intended for O'Neal Wilder who was at least 10 yards in front of Bumphis and Bumphis still had to make a leaping catch.
