I live here too, where are these apartments you speak of? I know of some condos but all apartments are right out of the limits unless there are some that I'm not aware of. Google maps shows some but they are out of the limits.

I-59, he is absolutely wrong. I've lived here for over 10 years and my in laws live in mountain brook and I live less than a mile from the school district, I know because I wish my son could go to school there but he can't unless I move. I guarantee you he doesn't even know that mountain brook has their own style of really nice street signs. There are no apartments that you can live in and send your kid to mountain brook. You've got to have a lot of money because the houses in Mountain Brook are outrageous in price.

You also have to have a lot of money to live in Mountain Brook because taxes are outrageous. My in laws are from there....born and raised. Pretty sweet place, any kid able to grow up/ go to school there is very lucky.
