Lock is a bottom 3 NFL starting QB.
Lock looked solid when he had a good receiver in Courtland Sutton to throw to. Jeudy sits there jumping up and down, chopping his feet in 15 different directions and has maybe moved 2 yards on his route. But thats the level of coaching you get coming from Alabama. There are pass rushers in the NFL Mr.Jeudy.

Bama has given you such PTSD from all of the beat downs over the years, you now sit at home and HOPE former Tide players don't succeed at the next level. That's pretty pathetic.

Lock has the highest interception percentage in the league while ranking 25th out of 36 qualified QBs in touchdown percentage. He also has the third worst QB rating in the league only ahead of Wentz and Darnold. Even Dwayne Haskins has a higher QB rating than him. Lock's only positive attribute as a QB is that he has a very quick release so he doesn't get sacked. Other than that, he's terrible in pretty much every way.

Now, when you say bust, do you mean Fournett-like bust or Jamarcus Russell-like bust?

One bad game and he’s a ‘trash can’.

Sounds like he became doomed when Jerry "bust" Jeudy became his #1 receiver.

... I’m thinking Trent Richardson type bust. Or no, AJ McCaron, or even Jake Coker. Same difference.

Do you realize that McCarron was drafted in the 5th round-165th pick and Coker wasn't even drafted?
Man, you obviously are talking out of your arse...and it ain't a good look.

LSU doesn't want to talk about Etling or Mett washing out the league....it kill their arguments.

Whats funny is every one of these guys won NCs at Bama and between them all may have lost one game against lsu. I'll take that. I mean you are an lsu fan right? And your guys couldn't beat them but just one time?? Crazy

It's very clear in this thread, LSU fans don't really know football.

Smarter folks than you disagree.

Evaluating Jerry Jeudy’s rookie season has been tough, considering he’s certainly being limited by the floundering offense which surrounds him, yet he’s still looking like a future star and potential superstar at the position.
Pro Football Focus lends a helpful hand in that evaluation though, with an article grading every first-round pick’s performance so far this season.
Jeudy earned a grade of 68.3, ranking tenth among first-rounders overall, and third among first-round wide receivers.
“Jerry Jeudy’s abilities are in danger of being squandered by Drew Lock if the young quarterback can’t find a way to up his game,” PFF analyst Sam Monson said of Jeudy and of Lock, who currently ranks 30th in PFF grades among the 33 quarterbacks who have taken at least 150 snaps this season.
“Jeudy saw eight passes come his way against the Raiders, catching four for 68 yards,” Monson wrote. “He was routinely wide open against the Las Vegas secondary, only to see the ball not come his way or not come close enough for him to have a real chance at making the catch.”
Monson is right that relying on Jeudy is something we definitely need to see more of from Lock, considering he’s averaging 2.7 yards of separation from his coverage man on average so far this season. That puts him in the same range as speedster deep threats like Will Fuller and D.K. Metcalf.
“Jeudy is already one of the best route-runners in the game — the more passes that come his way, the better for Denver’s offensive chances,” Monson concluded. “He struggled early in the season with drops, but he has just one in the past month of play.”

Richardson = huge bust; no one will argue it
AJ= serviceable QB, has made and will continue to be an NFL backup. As a 5th RD pick, hard to call that a bust.
Coker was a college transfer who couldn't win a job. Sims beat him out at QB, and he was an UDFA. How is that an NFL bust?
Great examples! Here is a freebie, McClain was a major bust (not due to talent).

It's very unfair to call Jeudy a trashcan. His QB play has been atrocious this year. Lock is a bottom 3 NFL starting QB.
Imagine what Joe could do with weapons and an O-Line.

Except no one is calling Joe a trashcan. If I'm Joe I'm forcing my way to New Orleans....coming off a devastating knee injury and knowing I'm going to get killed next year.
