He wasn't bad in the pros but couldn't stay healthy. At least made some good bank.

Gary Hollingsworth

Watching Gary Hollingsworth scramble was like watching sloths trying to scurry...but that dude was a magician with a fake hand off.

Alabama - David Smith (1985-1988)

Passed for 412 yards in the 1988 Sun Bowl. Smith is now an SEC football referee.

The qb on Forrest Gumps championship team.
He is so forgettable that I’ve forgotten his name.

I forget about Jake Coker way more than McElroy. My vote for Bama goes to Coker.

I believe there are 2 quarterbacks at ALABAMA that never lost a game they started. Name at least one?

that had good success?

Multiple QBs in Spurrier rotations:

Terry Dean threw for 3500 yards and 39 TDs over 2 seasons...while rotating with Heisman winner Danny Wuerffel.

Doug Johnson threw for 7200 yards and 62 TDs while rotating with Jesse Palmer and Noah Brindise. All anyone remembers him for is throwing a football at Bobby Bowden.

While I can see Tavaris Jackson for Arkansas
I would have to say Brandon Allen.
had decent success while running for his live at UA.... dude took a beating every game and still kept us competitive. Hog fans were very bipolar about him.
Yet he's having a decent NFL career as a backup and has been a spot starter at a couple of his stops so far.
