Yeah college baseball playoffs are not designed so the best rise to the top, like the MLB playoffs. It's designed for chaos, for excitement. But NOT so the best team wins.
Every once in a while, like this year, it works. Every once in a while it winnows out the pretenders, the Kentuckys and the NC States. Every once in a while the best teams actually seem poised to make the final.
But most years it doesn't.
