Smith Jr got hurt, but I hope it wasn’t serious. That’s why the walk on RB got snaps against McNeese. I hope he’s back on the field at the Swamp.

Any man is going to cheer for his son. I doubt many will be pissed at him. I just think it was stupid for him to be chosen, but thats not his fault.

Who cares about their fricking alma mater as much as their son? Some of you are warped as hell with your fandom.

Once their career is over, most former players don't care nearly as much about the program as the typical fan on a board like this. For one thing, they don't like to be overshadowed by future players. Athletes are prideful and competitive. They want their records to stand. They want to their legacy to be special or even unique.

I think he’s just poking fun that Emmitt might be in A&M gear. Its not that big of a deal. Happens everywhere. You took it too serious baw.

I’m looking for an injury report to see if he will even be dressed. Those should be released or released soon.

Senior transfer. He very good his first year, then had injuries, and they might have had a coaching change. He’s apparently very experienced and has the best hands in the backfield so we want to give him more reps.

His son is mid at best and not a feature back. Ags were going crazy when he transferred there like it was Emmitt in his prime.

Yeah, no Aggie here said that stuff so don’t put words in our mouth. No one assumed he was better than Moss. Moss was clearly starting this year based on how he was running last year.

But we needed a RB regardless of who it was. Just happened to be Smith. If we hadn’t got Smith or another RB, we’d have 2 available scholarship RBs to get through the whole season once Owens got hurt. It would of been dumb for us not to bring him in.

You have a serious serious problem with Texas A&M on your mind every hour of every day. Honestly, look at yourself

Emmitt has minimal love for Florida if you pay attention to him.

This. If my daughter gets a pitching scholly to OU or aggy then I'll be sporting me some crimson or maroon.

My son plays hs baseball and wants to play college and beyond if he can.

I drew the line at the Yankees. Told him I wont go see him if he plays for them.

Since Gata isn't exactly lighting the world on fire these days, I think seeing Emmitt wearing aggy colors will be seen as a sign of protest by UF fans.

Yeah I told my daughter I'll move anywhere but California to be close to her after college.

But if your son plays for the Yankees and my daughter goes to UCLA, well I guarantee that you and I are going to be heading to NY and CA!

Emmitt Smith famously neglected to mention UF in his HOF speech. I think the answer's pretty clear
