Stanford and UCLA have over twice as many NC's as Arkansas. How exactly are these programs at all comparable? What are you even asking?

I would say Arkansas St., they are from the same area and has won about the same # of Conf Championships. And their colors include red...

Stanford - San Francisco "The City by the Bay"
UCLA - Los Angelos "The City of Angels"
Arkansas - Little Rock "The City of Rocks"
