Exactly. I was disappointed we couldn't hang on for another minute. But I never thought we really had a championship caliber team. Too many of the same mistakes. No need to mention them. Yes, with two games in a mediocre year, it was possible that we could, but everything had to go right for us. That hasn't happened but in a few games this season.

Probably the program who loses regularly to UA and UGA and who hasn't won a title since dial up internet.

This.

The fun part is, it drives them insane. They so want to be a dynasty....but it ain't happening.

You've already said that, moron.

Looked like you missed it the first time. The back to back hurts you so much, you can’t even quote it in response.

In perspective, from the Texas and USF games I’d say you have to be happy with the rest of the season. I didn’t think we would win SEC let alone go to the playoff.

None of us should be happy today other than Michigan and Washington. We should all be embarrassed. The SEC was flat out humiliated last night by the Big freaking 10, and UGA won against a second string with an bunch of opt outs, after losing an important game to the biggest embarrassment of the SEC of the 2023 season. Bama and UGA are on the decline and they insist on taking us all down with them.

I think last night killed SEC pride for good, and I honestly don’t know how Saban can live with himself, but I hope he can find the strength to finish his contract because if he retires in 2029 that will be 12 years without a championship.

My my my. This LSU guy is eaten up with jealousy. Your team isn’t UGA or Bama. Never will be at their level. It hasn’t been relevant since 2019 and your HC is too busy grinding on teenagers, counting his money and practicing his southern accent to recruit. ND did better than their former coach

Bama fan here and I’m in a great mood. I never thought this team would win the SEC or even sniff the playoffs. I for one am grateful. Can’t speak for the other Bama fans though

I can honestly say that when the game was over last night, I was pretty much instantly over it. Bama showed some heart by fighting back and taking the lead in the second half but it was pretty clear that Michigan was just better.
If someone told me after the Texas game that Bama was going to win the SEC and keep UGA from a threepeat in the process, I would have taken it and been happy...and I am.

I remember 2003 LSU, when we broke our decades-long stint of irrelevance, like UGA just did a mere few years ago, so I know what it’s like. Enjoy that feeling. The uncertainty, the naïveté, thinking you’re a dynasty before you are. But, and I mean this with love and I hate to tell you this, you, and most UGA fans, severely overestimate the state of your program.

You have to win over a period of time, 2 years of being good isn’t nearly enough to get any perspective. Look at Clemson, and even they had longer sustained success than UGA. Let’s hope you guys turn the corner next year and make it happen! Folding under pressure to Milroe should tell you more about your program than 2 years of being good.

Watching two of your opponents miss the Natty is BETTER than when UT won the 1998 season Natty?...or did you mean it's not going to get any better for UT because they will never win another football Natty?
