It is Dec.29 and the SEC is yet to appear in a bowl game. We are primetime!

If they did it right, that would be a fantastic helmet.

My hometown's high school, Gardendale, uses it too (I didn't go there, however)

Gardendale was in our 5A region when I was in high school. I'm pretty sure they had a rocket on the helmet back then. Do you know when they changed?

Second, you can't use a sponsor's name as the bowl name. You can have the Chickfila Peach Bowl, but not the Chickfila bowl

Nothing pisses me off more than getting a blank stare when I refer to the Citrus Bowl, forcing me to call it the fricking Capital One Bowl.

My favorite LSU logos:

Plus the standard "Geaux Font" logo in my sig, which thankfully seems to be replacing Toonces completely.

LSU has one of the most classic helmets in all of football. They should never mess with that.

"LSU has one of the most classic helmets in all of football. They should never mess with that."

I know what I'm going to say will automatically be considered trolling since I am a Bama fan, but:

I have always thought the LSU helmets were some of the worst in college football. The tiger emblem looks like a carnation if you are more than 5' away. The "LSU" font for the lettering looks like the equipment manager put it on with purple duct tape. I'm always surprised that their unis get as much love as they do.

You're trying too hard.

Nope, my honest opinion. Hence, my qualifying statement prefacing the opinion.

Has someone posted the old school Vols logo? The one that looks very 80's/early 90's.
