if they threw the ball 70 times against bama the same thing would've happened.

....see, i can pull random hypotheticals out of thin air and state them as fact too.

Though I'm not sure what this has to do with having the best D in the SEC this coming season.

Really? Let me try explaining this to you. We lost all of that, and came back and had the best team in the country.

Yep, you're officially a moron if you think UGA, Bama, and USCe wouldn't have done just as much on defense as you did.

Most of those guys were on the Offensive side of the football...so how does that relate to this thread?

Really? This isn't an excuse : Not one damn player on our defense cared enough about GSU to get as ready for them as you got for WVU. That is the truth and your "lol excuse" comments won't change it. And we had Brandon lolIvory playing NT all game, and Jesse Williams had a stomach virus (or a flu or some shite)

It isn't an excuse when it is the truth. They should have prepared more for it, but they didn't and they still led the nation in rush D.

Damn straight. I'd take a National Title berth if it meant we paid every damn voter to get it.

Heisman winning RB, starting QB, starting LT, best or second best WR in school history.

It doesn't have anything to do with Defense, but if we can lose that and effortlessly replace it...

Georgia? Was losing to Boise 35-21 at the same exact time we were handling Oregon.

All it takes is size to stop Oregon in the trenches. Bama would have done better against Oregon than you, UGA has Jenkins clogging up space and Jones wreaking havoc, and USCe had Taylor, Clowney, and Ingram. Plus Gilmore in the secondary.

Shouldn't matter with all of that unreal depth Bama has...should it?

Again....your post has nothing to do with what the thread is asking

If UGA played Boise again after the season was over UGA would have won 42-7.

He's a lot like LSU's defense every year. Lot's of hype, but falls "short" when stacked up against Bama.

So, we agree Bama has the best defense? Kidding.

Going to be a great season and I will enjoy watching both teams, as well as others.

Good luck to everyone.
