Michigan is going to go 11-1 this year.
If they're always overrated, then that discounts WVU for you too because you played them, so that just leaves Oregon, and they're a bunch of bitches in the trenches.
Oh, and I guess I'll say Washington is overrated.

Obviously if LSU played those teams, you would be singing a different tune ehhh?

They did play WVU, and WVU passed all over them.

As of the end of july, all are even.
I think the answer will come Nov. 3rd.

Mosley and Milliner didn't just play in Nickel though. Mosley shared his job with Nico, and he and Milliner played just as many snaps as Menzie/Dre and Nico. It'd be crazy NOT to count them.
Actually it's quite easy. Nobody counted Ontarrio McCalebb as a starting RB coming back last year. Did they start? No? Hence, not counted.

And compare the two defenses numbers. Even if we drop off and they have a smaller drop off, we'll still be better by all means. Unless you think Bama is going to give up like 280 YPG, which won't happen.
I see that Alabama's 8.8 points per game next to LSU's 10.5 points per game. Then I see take out mutual SEC games and see Bama fought offensive Juggernaughts like Penn State and FcS team Georgia Southern. Then I see that LSU took on West Virgina, Oregon, Georgia. Then I see LSU has Washington this year while Bama has Michigan.

those teams are mediocre no matter who the line up against.

Michigan would embarrass Washington.

I count him as a returning "starter". He didn't "start" and he wasn't the first RB on the depth chart, but he played enough where he is no liability and it's foolish to think so.

You defend Bama from sun up to sun down. Take a deep breath, leave the sec rant for awhile and go get some fresh air.

My leg is broken. I'd go outside but I don't get a joy out of sitting outside and looking at the birds. I'd rather do something while I'm out there. Swim, call the guys over for a game of basketball, mow the fricking lawn, etc.

Actually, Mosley started 6 of the 10 games he played in last year (missed 3 games due to injury).
Milliner has started 17 of his career 26 games.
It's not a stretch to call either one a returning starter IMO.

That is the point. While last year LSU went against much tougher offenses now Bama has to deal with a much better Michigan. Here's something for you to chew on, last year LSU gave up 21 points to West Virginia, the team that finished 13th in scoring and set a record for points in a BCS game. Alabama gave up the same amount of points to an FCS team.

What is the difference when you're the best team in the country getting ready to play an FCS team and you're the second best team in the country getting ready to play a high powered offense?
Who prepared more, and who was in lala land when the coach was talking?

That is true. Now answer me a question truthfully. Who had the better defense last year, Bama or LSU?

Tell Oregon to call us for a neutral site game, because we're not doing home and home. We don't want to associate ourselves with that shitty place.

Do you really think we gave two shits about GSU? Do you REALLY think so?
Also Brandon lolIvory played the most important position on our defense that day. No excuse, we should've prepared better, but if we did they wouldn't have had 60 yards.
Also, one of those TDs we gave up to GSU was a kick return.
