Montegue Rhames was arrested Friday morning for bringing weapons on school grounds and obstruction of justice. Did I mention he hasn't been enrolled but a month

Link is to the Big Spur

If it was UGA... it would most likely be a paint ball gun.

Rhames is from Sumter SC so I'm going to assume it was a chopper.

All programs experience this from time to time. You're dealing with grown children in a lot of cases, experiencing freedom, fame, and now potentially bursting wallets. There are many temptations.

I know but screwing up this bad after only a month. What happened to football programs assigning a babysitter to these guys.

This always happened at south Caroline.

You used to have Steve Spurrier though.
He suspended Stephen Garcia about 5 times... and Garcia never missed a game (just practices and scrimmages).

Remember when Spurrier said he liked playing Georgia at the beginning of the season due to all the suspensions.

Yeah, South Carolina is practically turning into another UGA. Heck, they even managed to land a five-star recruit the other day! Now, all yall need is about 25 more of those and you'll be a Dawg clone team!

That was the irony.

He said that while Garcia was suspended from team activities during team runs.

Because he pokes fun at a team who suspends players the first week or two of the season while his quarterback has to get a 6th team suspension before facing any real discipline.

It's basically the Mathieu situation in Carolina (Mathieu admitted to 10 failed drug tests but never missed gametime for 9 of them)

My problem with Spurrier was all the immature jabs and shots he took with other programs. That's was just childish and he's supposed to be a role model to these young players. That sure was setting a good example for them. And as a UGA fan, if Smart were to say some of the crap SS did to the media about our rivals, I would be angry with him too. Maybe I'm just old school or something but I thought that was very unbecoming a grown man.

Will be interesting to see what Beamer does. If this was Bama or Georgia they’d sit out a half

I have a feeling it may be too late to be in Beamer's control.
