Certainly at the recruiting get together only Saban and Ms Terry are there hosting cruits giving out jet ski rides and looking over charger brochures. Don't be naive.

It's not hard to convince a top ten player in the country to come to Alabama given that Saban's system has been so successful. Freeze was at Ole Miss, who had lost 16 straight conference games, never been to Atlanta, and had a shitty stadium in a shitty state. Freeze cheated harder to get his recruiting classes than Saban ever has.

Auburn guy is 100% correct the bama REC machine was in place 40 years before Saban got there. I doubt he even knows how it works or who all the players are. He just put a turbo charger on the damn thing.

I love the charger angle. Do you guys think it's so out of the realm of possibility that these kids families reward their hard work with a car? They might be the first generation to experience college. Who knows?
I mean, you know how easy it is to get a freaking Dodge Charger? LoL. You need a pulse and the ability to write your name. Also, alabama grey shirts 4 star players. Kids want to come there. They don't need to cheat. Guys like Bo Davis, that was a case of a dude trying to get a leg up to further his own career, not some rampant program cheating. And they fired his arse immediately. Chances are things might look a little different had ole miss canned Barney and Freeze right off the bat.

I'm sure he cheated the first 2-3 years but at this point? Nah I doubt he has to do much these days.
