One of the things OU will need to learn is the SEC excuses for losing games

Well, the SEC loses so rarely OOC games

OU has a HUGE problem now, they will be playing SEC teams week after week after week.

You are correct. It definitely will happen again

Maybe, but not for 10 years after OU joins

According to other OU fans, OU IS a top team, and now you say something different

They just refuse to see it or accept it. Reality sucks

The reality is that OU will struggle to be in the top half of their division.

Y'all have never seen anything like the SEC week after week after week. Sure OU has played a big game or two, but playing UGA, AU, UF and LSU back to back to back? Nope

I laughed, until I realized my squad is on the 90% list that can't sniff some playoffs.

I think a lot of people are going to be shocked by how good Oklahoma's defense will be.

Our team is finally complete. Still have to prove it but I don’t think we’ll have as much difficulty in the SEC as you think

If that is a completed OU team, then OU will have a difficult time in the SEC, no doubt about it

You are bragging about how "good" OU will be, and how well OU will do in the SEC, and post a list to show it. Yet you failed to notice three SEC teams around OU, and no other Big 12 teams

Look at their schedule, the defense will look great. The Big 12 offenses are a joke this year. Iowa St is the only decent offensive team they will face

they averaged 40 points per game vs SEC teams in the last 5 years/bowl match ups.

They will score a lot of points, the question is how many they give up.

How many did they average in bowl games that mattered that wasn’t garbage time?

Now when we get to the SEC are we required to schedule FCS for OOC games like the rest of the SEC and take multiple bye weeks like the rest of the SEC

I'm sure it'll be a huge departure from playing teams like Missouri State and Kansas.

Ouch! Don’t tell them that! They’ll say they didn’t want to be there…umm…or…wait! That it’s the wrong recruiting service…or that those players arent SEC quality. They’ll come up with some stupid excuse. I tried to tell this board that OU is kicking arse but…
or maybe we will just notice that this is for the 2023 class, which is a year and a half away, and laugh at you.

2022 doesn’t look quite as good

SEC teams usually take one bye week.

Yes the SEC does schedule FCS teams, but there are equal to the Big 12 teams you play.

Child, OU will be lucky to finish in the middle third in their division when they join the SEC. There is no evidence that they can do any better
