I don't think the SEC plays all of the tiddlywink sports that they play. Duke is more like a high school than a D1 school - same would be true of Wake Forest.

There are more than two that I definitely do not want in the SEC.
No B12 teams.
No Miami, Clemson or FSU
Would like to have:
VA Tech
North Carolina (or NC State)

Vanderbilt and Mizzou or Vandy and MSU or Vandy and OM or Vandy and UG.

14 is already too many IMO.
I wish we would have stayed at 12. A&M I could handle somewhat, Missouri was just silly.
There comes a point where you water down your image and brand.
No offense to Missouri, but they just have no historical ties to the depth south, I mean their football history and rivalries are all midwest.

Va tech and Texas
Both add nothing

There isn't a single thing any team in the country can add that isn't already in this conference other than eyeballs. Same goes for the new boys we already have. In fact they just make what we already had weaker.

I'm on the "12 was perfect" train, but assuming we are talking about future additions, please stay the hell away from West Virginia and Miami. Also don't want any teams in Oklahoma. Basically no teams from a non-southern state/area.

Take any school mentioned except non-flagships brands. I'm more worried that in the obsession to secure the NC and VA markets, the SEC will sub-optimize and skip on brands like FSU or Clemson.
A 16 team SEC is coming, so just deal with it. Mizzou and A&M are not going anywhere, and all you idiots will appreciate that when the SEC network $$'s are announced.
