Biggest individual rushing seasons during that timespan:

1. Derrick Henry (2219)
2. Darren McFadden (1830)
3. Tre Mason (1816)
4. Trayveon William (1760)

Season rushing leaders since 2000 (some QBs in this list)

Dylan Sampson* 1491
Cody Schrader* 1627
Quinshon Judkins* 1567
Tyler Badie* 1604
Najee Harris* 1466
Lynn Bowden Jr.* 1468
Trayveon Williams* 1760

Trayveon Williams gets slept on as he played on those pimp stick wielding, totally collapsible Sumlin teams but statistically he can't be ignored.

600 carries for 3,615 yards over three seasons for a 6 ypc carry average.

He had two of the top 10 longest TD runs in Texas A&M history and would have added a third if he did not slow up at the goal line in the Tennessee game allowing Malik Foreman to punch the ball out for a touchback and ruining a near 80 yard td run. He and Alvin Kamara were dueling that entire afternoon.

The others were an 89 yard td run vs Auburn and 93 yard td run against NC State

He was of course the actual pimp stick wielder against UCLA.

Dexter McCluster rushed for 282 yards vs Tennessee in 2009…..also, that Deuce McAllister kid was a pretty good back, just couldn’t stay healthy.

I always wonder what could’ve been had Alley Broussard not torn his knee.

2010 Alabama had Mark Ingram (1st round), Trent Richardson (1st round), and Eddie Lacy (2nd round).

1,400 plus yards on the ground by Johnny Manziel is crazy.

Neither of them are in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which is what he was talking about. Henry will be in both the College Football Hall of Fame and Pro Football Hall of Fame before all is said and done.

Forgot about that guy but he was fun to watch. Looked up his stats and he had just over 2,000 yds rushing and 2,800 in kick-off returns.

Dexter McCluster?

He rushed for 1,169 yards on 181 attempts (a 6.4 yards per carry average), and made 44 receptions for 520 yards with 12 total touchdowns that made him the only player in SEC history to rush for over 1,000 yards and receive for 500 yards in a single season.

I mean Brandon Jacobs, Cadillac Williams, Ronnie Brown, and Tre Smith was a pretty stacked room.
