LSU had a guy named Richard Murphy. Everyone loved him and each spring he would run circles around the defense, but somehow that never translated to success on Saturdays.

But it did translate to injuries!

I am sure those 5.8 pounds of difference will make a massive difference.

Make about as much difference as those trophies Barrett won.

I still want to know if people understand you're sorta condemning your passing attack by saying you'll have a far and away superior 4 headed rushing attack.

In that case, I pick LSU

I think all-American status and an Outland Trophy are a bit more indicative of talent than size. If that wasn't the case Dante Ellington would have been the best offensive lineman ever at Alabama. All 6-6 380 pounds of him. Though I'm sure he's closer to 600 pounds these days.

Well until those trophies take his place it will do little to stop Logan, Freak, Ego, and Downs.

Not quite. There he was a left tackle and faced off against small DE's. my drunk Rantards logic generator is telling me he is too fat and slow at center to handle our DT's. He might restore order while eating spinach and singing show tunes, but we'll see

Awe don't act like a sour puss now. Your boy has been bragging about how big your o-line is and how experienced they are.

All I did was emphasize the fact that, well, so are we... Except more.

I was implying that all that he was mentioning above was a moot point. I never said anything about an advantage. That was your insecurities that you're hearing, not me.

I think Bama will get the nod. I like Lacy better than any back on LSU and I think Yeldon will be the SEC newcomer of the year. Kid will be BIG TIME.

Does he perform open heart surgery as well? We should make him the most interesting man in the world. It might catch on

I would have trusted him to retroactively perform my open heart surgery when I was 3. Although I think he would have been 4 or 5

Because I think it's an interesting debate. If the thread was pointless, it wouldn't have gotten 17 pages worth of responses.
