I don't know about obliterate, but beat them... yes.

FWIW 2011 LSU probably wins too.

Interestingly enough, 1995 Cornhuskers destoryed all comers that year, the next year, the '96 squad lost their second game, on the road to a Arizona State..... 0-19. wtf.

true, but that ASU team was an awesome team that went 11-1 (their only loss was a 17-20 loss to Ohio State in the Rose Bowl that cost them the National Championship)

yeah, but it's one year removed from the G.O.A.T. status.... A loss isn't totally shocking, facing a good team and having an enormous target on your back.... but getting shut out? holy hell.

That 01 Canes team was loaded but, they had a shite schedule and NFL hindsight fappery has elevated it to CFB god status. I'm not sure if they ever played up to their talent level cause, you know, Larry Coker and shite.

My list of SEC teams in the past ten years that stand a good chance.

03 LSU
04 AUB
08 FLA
10 AUB cuz that shite was destiny.
10 BAMA if they had their head out of their arse that day.
11 BAMA
11 LSU

11 BAMA 11 LSU and 08 FLA I would bet on.

Teams that might could, but I have my doubts.

12 BAMA
12 UGA
09 BAMA
09 FLA
07 UGA
06 FLA
06 LSU

This is going to sound nuts. I think the best team of the SEC run. As far absolute peak performance. If this team played to the peak of its ability for 60 minutes. Was 2010 Bama. That team had 14 first round draft picks on it. That's not including Mosley. Mentally that team could not put it together for a full game. Talent wise, best team of the run imo. It was by far Saban's worst coaching job of his career. As far as top end talent though...whew. 6 top ten guys.

If they played to their full abilities, they would beat 01 Miami 38-14.

j/k

VaBamaMan, inexperience, lack of leadership means a lot even with hella talent.

Yes the team that played Michigan State beats them.
