Not rocket science: they will thrive in warm, humid, and densely populated environments. And N.O. has a lot of filthy poor areas with garbage out on the street- looks like a developing country

This happens a lot on here. Somebody in Louisiana tries to troll Alabama and with a simple search, we see Louisiana is worse than Alabama in that category. Even in the few areas Louisiana is ranked ahead of Alabama it is barely and hardly something for them to brag about.

If we're all being honest, as far as the kind of residents and problems each state has, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are all the same place.

Except OP wasn't being honest at all. Alabama doesn't even have a city or town in Top 10.
