If we go uniforms (as compared to color only):
I like LSU with the gold/yellow helmet and pants, and the white jersey. It's pretty distinctive, a different shade than most other college teams with that look. Kinda looks a lot like the Packers in the NFL.
Fla- they have a few different combos, they don't look bad but don't enthuse me. Like OP mentioned, I prefer Auburn's shades and uniforms.
When it comes to red, I gotta go with UGA. Those look sharp. I think I like Arky's version over Bama's, and then... Miss State and A&M are pretty close.
Tennesee makes it work, but I always have trouble reading the numbers. Not a lot of contrast.
I know a lot of folks like the Ole Miss uni's, but to me they're just ok.

Vandy and Mizzou, not big fans. As a Saints fan, I now you can make that work, but they don't do it.

Besides LSU and Ole Miss, I like Iowa and UCLA and FSU's uniforms....

I understand anybody who doesn’t like our purple uniforms. Purple can be jarring. Offset by our incomparable whites.
Florida is ATROCIOUS. Absolutely atrocious. I also dislike MSU, Aggie , South Carolina and Arkansas.

Our band is the Famous Maroon Band. We do a Maroon and White cheer. Fans wear Maroon Fridays. The "True Maroon" marketing push. Our brand is centered around our colors. Yours is centered around faux cadets and male cheerleaders.

The dark red and white combos are pretty boring. UF’s bright blue and orange looks good on their football uniforms but is a little too gaudy on most things.
Think LSU and Auburn have the best, colors compliment each other well and each school has good use of the colors in their uniforms.
UGA is up there too, but I wished they used silver a little more.

LSU's are the most overrated in all of CFB. Ugly af
Not as bad as Mizzou or aTm tho. State has also had some truly awful ones over the last few seasons, and maroon is already ugly to begin with

I kinda like UF colors. Not a fan of Mizzou’s alternate unis. Don’t mind any of the SEC school colors but some of the alternate unis are ugly as hell

A&M in my opinion. Maroon is kind of an ugly color but at least State incorporates silver, makes it look a lot better.

Auburn and Florida have very different colors.
Navy with darker accent orange are not the same as Florida's prominently featured bright orange and bright blue.

Tar heel blue is 20x better and I despise UNC with everything in me. My favorite Color combo in CFB that is not typical is USC. Trojan Red and Yellow complemented really well in the early 2000’s. Also really like Minnesota (same colors) and UCLA is unique

Orange & blue have NEVER been a combo that looks good...no matter what team/sport.
