Coke is coke. If you're on a college campus, it's just like weed...some of it will be top of the line (although few and far between) and some will be shite.
I've had both in my time in Athens. I bought from blacks in the absolute slums of the ghetto, and I bought from rich white kids. There's gonna be a wide range regardless of where you go to school.

The absolute worst coke you will ever buy is from rich white kids. If the guy they are buying it from doesnt step on it multiple times because he knows he can take advantage of them, then they will do the stepping to try to make a buck off their friends because they are douche nozzles to the nth degree.

I doubt it compares to Florida, but I know there's at least one official gay bar right along with the regular college bars in Fayetteville, as well as understood "gay nights" at a couple of other bars along the Dickson strip.
