Bama's football facility looks like a Dodge dealership.
That's no longer cheating though.

quote:Maybe. Maybe more than that. I never hear Georgia fans brag about their NIL. The players they bring in and retain aren't playing for free. Someone is paying them.
All they will find is a coach and team working their arses off trying to get even better.

Georgias players are very well compensated. No one is hurting. We just don’t have to wave around bags of money to get players. Unlike your school.

Sure! Lol.
Everyone knows how much money it takes to get players to sign with THE osu. We all know how y’all got these recent signees. It was $- lots and lots of $.
Georgia doesn’t want the mercenaries. We want players who want to be there and are willing to work their rear ends off

many believed he was headed to Georgia who seemed to have the inside track.
But that’s not what happened obviously. Downs chose Ohio State in the end, and many thought it had a lot to do with name, image and likeness money. Good thing then that Downs was asked why he chose the Buckeyes during a media session on Tuesday. According to him, it was pretty simple, really.
“I just love the program here,” Downs said. “I love Coach (Tim) Walton and what the people had to say around here. I believe in Coach Day and I believe in this team … “I just felt like (going to Ohio State) was the best decision for me. At the end of the day, everybody’s got to do what they needed to for themselves.”

And what he needed was a truckload of money.
Also Georgia is loaded. He will get more playing time with the Suckeyes. Georgia didn’t need him and didn’t care to pay millions just to show we could get him away from Bama.

Don't be that guy. Just admit you guys wanted him and tried your best to get him but lost him to Ohio State No shame in that.

Nobody cheats like that inbred filth from Tuscaloosa.

Our collectives are paying them. And paying them very well.

Once again. If UGA wanted him they would have gotten him. They didn’t need him. They are loaded at his position. Couldn’t see paying millions for the mere pleasure of taking him away from Alabama.

Can you imagine the pressure on a high school kid coming into a program to prove they are worth the ridiculous amount of money they’re getting paid? Or do they even give a crap with that much money.
Players already on the team making far less may take exception to it and make a young kid their bitch on the practice field.
This big money invites some bad locker room situations.
Let them prove what they’re worth then pay them, but the schools with big money won’t allow that to happen for schools who don’t to let them develop.
Money talks.

There is a difference between which schools offer the most benefits and which schools cheat the most. Also, what exactly do you consider cheating?
Because if you want to talk about money handshake kind of stuff, that happens everywhere. If it's just something most people would consider a hook up, I don't consider it cheating. AKA if a player for a school is getting a free meal at a local restaurant, don't bother me with that crap, that's just a hook up. Yeah I understand why they have to make it against the rules, but that's really just a hook up.
Paying to have recruits come and sign with your school, that is cheating.
Everyone will claim it's the big schools that cheat the most, but really it's the little brothers that cheat the most, because it's the only chance they have keeping up with the programs that offer the most legit benefits.
