Which school does the least with the most?

We know the majority of the SEC can recruit. Who does the least with their 4/5 stars? Who does the most with their 2/3 stars?

But A&M has won nothing of significance for more than 50 years so you have wasted them all

With situation, facilities, fan base, and other built-in advantages.

We're number 1 in the nation at doing jack shite with more than 80% of the top 25 programs.
