Which unranked team gets in the top 25 by October....

Ranked teams
Alabama
USC
TAM
LSU
Florida
Georgia

The league seems very top heavy..

My vote goes for LSU. Why? They nearly loss to a Big 12 team who just came from the WAC. Not sold on Messiah and Cam.

As for unranked AU

Troll attempt is troll fail.

Everyone knows TCU is a legit opponent.

Best guess? UGA *IF* they lose to USC. Two losses will be hard to justify, even against two good teams. The loser of the Bama/Aggie game will still be ranked, barring some world-ending level upset, like Sam Houston State beating A&M.

In other words, not anytime soon.

I would say UGA just because they could pontentially start the season 1-3...Not sure I believe they will, but it is possible. If that were to happen who knows what would happen when they face UTk...their season could get very ugly.
They open the year with a very tough schedule in what would have been a rebuilding year any way.

Clemson
South Carolina
OPEN
North Texas
LSU
UTk
Missouri
Vandy
OPEN
UF
App State
Auburn
UK
Ga Tech

even if UGA goes 1-3, each of those losses would likely be to top 5 calibar teams. I don't think they will be punished that badly. I don't think any of those 6 teams falls out the remainder of the year.

Even if UGA drops the next game they would not drop from the Top 25 and they should not lose the next few. As the season progresses I think any of these 6 teams that can limit it to 2 or 3 losses will remain in the Top 25. In 2011 the Texas Longhorns went 7-5 yet remained in the BCS in all 8 weeks. Last season Texas had 4 losses including being embarrassed by Oklahoma and they still got as high as #15 in the BCS and was in the BCS rankings all 8 weeks.

If crap like that can happen then realistically these 6 SEC teams could have 3 or 4 losses and still be in the BCS Top 25 by the end of the season.

UGA. I think they lose to USCe, which might not knock them out of the Top25 initially but I think they will get jumped by other teams on their bye week.

uga after this week. They might get back in there by October, except if they lose to LSU, then they won't get back in the Top 25 until possibly end of season...except if they lose to Ga Tech as well.

A perfect example of why idiots should not post If you even watched the LSU TCU game you would know that it could have been a blow out by LSU. (taking a knee with 2 minutes left on the TCU 9 yard line). We practically gave them 2 touchdowns. Keep smoking whatever that stuff is that you are on.

The issue in much of the discussion will be the other conferences. With Boise State getting blown out in their first game that frees up a slot they normally get every year.

The Big 12 usually has their cupcake OOC so most teams are 3-0 out of the gate but Kansas State and Iowa State both lost at home to FCS schools out of the gate so the Big 12 may only have 4 teams in the Top 25 by week 4 this year.

The B1G or PAC may pick a few of those slots but it could also be a 7th SEC team which would protect the other 6.
