Arkansas vs Texas A&M in Jerryworld should be a ho-hum early SEC west matchup

It's been an early game a couple times recently
2013: 6 ESPN2
2014: 2:30 CBS
2015: 6 ESPN
2016: 8 ESPN
2017: 11 ESPN
It has only been on early once "recently" and that was a 1-1 Arkansas vs a 2-1 A&M. You have two new coaches for both teams that will create some buzz. The game isn't going to be on SEC Network.

Like I said, most likely a night ESPN game.

State will be a day game. Trash.

CBS puts terrible games in all the time. 100% UGA and UT. They pick games based on the 80’s. MSU-UF is prime time

That's a no brainer. Tennessee @ Georgia, 3:30 pm. The other games suck.

Sure wish our game vs Fla was at night. That atmosphere will be insane.

I don't think Bama or UGA will be day games, and I don't think all 4 will be night games. So State or OM could be a day game IMO.
This statement convinces me you have zero clue how this works.
If LSU is not good enough to hit the 2:30 slot with Bama or GA in town there is no way on earth they do so with OM or MSU.

I think it has a chance to be there 2:30 PM game but I am praying to good God that it is a night game in Davis Wade.

That Alabama-LSU night streak finally might be broken. By that point, LSU may have anywhere from 3 to 5 losses, and they won't be worthy of that time slot.

the ABC national prime time game will probably be Nebraska (Frost) at Ohio State.
Notre Dame plays at Northwestern that weekend in a rare 'home' game in the modern series with the Wildcats. 1994 was the last time the two played away from South Bend, in Soldier Field. same in 1992. 2018 game is on Northwestern's campus so it's a true road game for ND that allows ABC to show it over NBC. ABC may chose that game. it's only the 2nd time the two have played since 1995 and NW has won 2 straight over ND.
there are no significant ACC/Pac12 games to speak of that weekend unless Stanford/Washington evolves.
