Have lived in Louisiana and Mississippi. Love both. Much stereotyping going on here. Life is what you make it. If being negative towards others makes you feel better I sincerely feel sorry for you. Haven’t lived in Alabama but it’s a beautiful state and have met a lot of great people from there. I have found if you treat others with respect you have a good chance of establishing a good relationship. Being an a-hole usually doesn’t work out as well.

Alabama absolutely sucks. Bunch of inbred high school drop outs smoking meth and living in trailers except for Birmingham and Mobile. You are likely to be killed if you get out of your car in Birmingham though.
Louisiana has a great carnival culture, people like to have fun, and they don't really care about open container laws. Food is great and the women are sexy AF.
Mississippi is straight country and I mean that in a good way. People are generally the salt of the earth but not a lot to do besides enjoying the outdoors.

Lived in all three it depends on what you are really asking about, plus each state has nice areas and shitholes.
In Mississippi Jackson is third world, and the delta is like stepping back into the 30s, but the Coast is nice as are Oxford, Ocean Springs, and a lot of other areas. Politically incredibly stupid, one if the dumbest on the planet. Good food and generally fun people when not trying to be important
Alabama by far the most corrupt but better organized due to the machine. Kinda like Mississippi most the center of the state is a shite hole except for suburban areas. Baldwin County, Huntsville are really nice areas. Politically is all about corruption and keeping status quo. Worst food, most boring people of the three.
Louisiana is very different than the other two, like European county almost. Culturally, much more diverse although North Louisiana is basically the same as North Mississippi and North Alabama. Central part of the state is shite hole just like the other two. Big Oil runs the state, and New Orleans is really a separate county. Also has some great areas to live in like Covington, Lafayette and some parts of Baton Rouge, etc. Worst roads in America. More just plan stealing from government etc than organized corruption.

We have beautiful beaches, unlike GA and S.C. We have Mountains, waterfalls and the deepest canyon east of the Mississippi, unlike FL, MS and LA. I suggest you leave AL out of you dumbass survey.

Mississippi easily. Don't even dare to be white in that ghetto racist shite hole. North LA, where I was born, is just as bad. So Mississippi then LA then AL. This is the only real answer, unless you're black.
