Gotta be Arkansas right? Win two more games and your in.

Could make the same argument for Mississippi State

Mississippi State.
A 11th seed Arkansas needed to win the Tournament. You can't finish that bad in this conference with a loss to Western Kentucky and expect to get in.

Kansas looked like they were going to win a national title

In what? There will be no NCAA tournament. Teams getting screwed the most are the ones who had a chance to win it.

Arkansas was not getting in the NCAA tournament without winning the SECT.

This season had the most wide open tournament in recent memory
Not getting to see the madness is a travesty

Dayton. Was having a dream season with a once in a lifetime player for them. I doubt they will ever be this good again

The answer is Mississippi St in regards to SEC but you are off on your stance regarding Arkansas
